Laura Aßelborn’s solo show ‘No Colour Yellow’ opens this Saturday @project78

Saturday 3rd June 18:00 – 20:00

Project 78 presents the debut solo show of recent Royal College of Art graduate Laura Maria Aßelborn. The show titled ‘No Colour Yellow’ explores visual interior experiences as physical layers, taken apart. Being interested in the sculptural element of image-making, the exhibition discusses what lingers on from drastic change and unresolved trauma.

The show explores the idea of the afterimage, obsession and intrusive thinking amidst the visual process of the colour yellow. Exploring the photographic space as alienating and paralysing in a mixed media display, moving between analogue and digital fields of perspectives.

Exhibition runs until Saturday 1st July
Gallery Open Wednesday – Saturday 11:00 – 17:00
